Bodies In Action – We select and train dedicated clients to achieve extraordinary levels – previously unknown to them.
The aim of training at Bodies In Action is for clients to realize their personal health, fitness and physique goals.
All new members will undergo a series of tests to determine their
- fitness
- muscle composition
- body fat percentage
A training program will then be drawn up to fit your specific needs.
Your unique program will consist of a series of specialized exercises, scientifically tested and proven to deliver the best results in the least amount of time. Each exercise will be carefully explained, demonstrated and supervised by Jasyn, to ensure correct posture and maximize the benefits.
Besides gym training, Jasyn also focuses on rugby and athletics training and fitness. His extensive personal background and knowledge of both sports, combined with his expertise in fitness and gym related matters, make him the perfect trainer for individuals or teams who want to excel in their sport.
