    Boot Camp Fitness Class

    Boot Camp incorporates P.E style drills with running training. This class brings you the best drills for improving endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength. Your body will receive a pounding and be pushed to its limits, but don’t let this put you off! Everyone is only expected to achieve his or her personal goals, based on their own fitness level.

    This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, strength, and flexibility.

    The Boot Camp class includes:

    • Strength
    • Explosive-Strength
    • Flexibility
    • Tone

    Boot Camp Class Fees & Booking

    To reserve your place in the group, just complete payment online through Google Checkout. Then confirm your attendance by emailing Jasyn at info@bodiesinaction.co.uk. We will then be in contact with further details.  Please note that we cannot reserve a place until payment has been processed.
