Having been a personal trainer, exercise specialist and coach for many years, I finally decided to put together an article to guide gym enthusiasts and the general public in choosing the right trainer to enhance their well-being.
There is currently a misnomer about personal trainers. Personal trainers are not just for the rich, famous or elite sportsperson. It goes beyond this. It is for anyone who wants a better quality of life, to feel healthier, more energetic and able to move without aches and pains. It means being able to cope better with the day-to-day stresses of the on-going event of living life.
In the same way animal species adapt to survive, so do our human bodies without us even realising it. But to the trained specialist, we can see when our clients are not functioning at their optimum level.
Allow me to take you down the path of true well-being in the most comprehensive way I can.
