Programme Design

Programme design is a very complex procedure and is often taken for granted. It can take hours to assess, research and prepare a plan. At Bodies In Action, we tailor-make a programme according to your specific needs. We look at your body type, muscle composition and body fat percentage, then work out exactly how you can achieve your goal. Our motivational training programmes will ensure that you become the best that you can be, whether you want to:

  • Or train for a specialised event

Before formulating a training programme, we take a look at your medical history. It is important for a personal trainer to have as much information as possible about your current health, as well as any problems you may have had in the past.

New members will also undergo a Fitness Test or Movement Pattern Test. This test is a fundamental part of the programme design. The Movement Pattern Test will assess your fitness levels and highlight what muscles and areas need correcting.

Your unique programme will consist of a series of customised exercises, scientifically proven to deliver the best results in the least amount of time. Each exercise will be carefully explained and demonstrated to you, to ensure correct posture and maximise the benefits.
