Track Training:
Endurance running isn’t just about running long distances, in the same way that sprinters need not be running at 100% effort all of the time. It is vital to get your running balance and technique right.
Our track training sessions focus on the important technical aspects of running including; speed, stride length, stride frequency, strength and power development.
One to One Training - If you want to focus on a specific element of training, such as strength training or speed training, a one to one session would be ideal.
Group Training - A fun and structured training session allowing you to compete with others.
